My Unique Yoga Philosophy & Approach

With my biomedical science anatomy background, I bridge the body awareness with mental stillness in my teaching style. This gives my clients the opportunity to consciously connect with their bodies in a way that is unique to them. I create a mini regimen on your body mechanics + wellness goals to aid in spinal alignment, balance and mental peace.
